<p>The temp.-measuring arrangement is applicable to a cutter with a basin and rotating knives acting as a mincer for lean meat, fat and ice to make sausage meat homogenised by lightly stewing. A stationary temp. sensor is installed near the knives. The sensor can be in the form of a probe mounted on the inner side of the inner wall of the cutter's cover. The probe can extend in parallel to the cover wall. A measuring lead can connect the sensor to an indicator which can be digited. The latter is pref. impervious to pressure or vibrations. Its range can be from minus 50 to 150 deg.C. The measuring lead is pref. resistant to heat, damp, fat and acid.</p> |
