PURPOSE:To reduce the number of man-hour while omitting a fixing means by adhesives by a method wherein tap parts for a covered wire pulled out to the one end edges of a cylindrical coil in loop-shapes are bent along the surface of a discoid commutator plate and soldered. CONSTITUTION:A covered wire 1 is wound in a corrugated shape, being turned back at both end edges A, B of a cylinder, the covered wire 1 is pulled out in a loop shape to one end edge A of the cylindrical coil 2 every time when one circuit portion is wound, and a plurality of tap portions 3 are formed. The films of the tap portions 3 are exfoliated while the root portions of the loop portions 3 are crossed in X shapes, and the crossed portions are soldered to each segment 5 of a discoid commutator 4 made up at the one end edge A side of the cylindrical coil 2. |
