PURPOSE:To prevent a substugsten wire of a coil from being disconnected when secondary and tertiary winding works are performed on the coil, by simultaneously winding a molybdenum wire in larger diameter than the subtungsten wire along the substungsten wire. CONSTITUTION:A main tungsten wire 1 and a primary mandrel 2 are placed almost in parallel, and on those in the above a subtungsten wire 3 and a molybdenum wire 14 in diameter slightly larger than that of said tungsten wire 3 are wound together to form a primary coil 5. Then said primary coil 5 is wound onto a secondary mandrel 7 through guide parts 6 to form a secondary coil 8. And then said secondary coil 8 is formed into a tertiary coil by a conventional method, and the mandrels 2, 7 and the molybdenum wire 4 are melted and removed from the coil after a completion of heat treatment. In this way, a suspicious trouble of disconnection for the subtungsten wire can be eliminated to improve a yield rate in the manufacture. |
