Heavy vehicle tyre inflation and deflation circuit - has air conduits to each tyre with non-return valve controlled from cab

The circuit inflates and deflates the tyres of a heavy vehicle while running. Each tyre has an inflation/ deflation pipe connected to output valve by a non return valve, and turning with the valve. There is a pilot pipe by which the non return valve can be piloted from the driving cab. A system of rotating joints gives continuity of the two pipes ahead of the non return valve. Each wheel has a hydraulic motor inside the rim and there is a feed for compressed air.
