Key pad press button support and operation - has double hinge action with intermediate support frame to site hinges 180 degrees apart

The key-pad design is for a pocket calculator or TV remote control unit operation. The object is to get as many press buttons as possible into a confined space. Each button (3) is hinged (7) where it connects with an intermediate frame (6). The intermediate frame (6) is in turn hinged (12,5,4) where it joins the main keypad frame (1) at the point opposite to the first hinge (7). By using a remote torsion hinge (5,6) the button is depressed parallel to its frame.
