PURPOSE:To realize a quick processing of the retained call, by displaying the retained call and at the same time giving an answer to the retained call according to the display in case the call queuing for the answer of the manual board is retained. CONSTITUTION:Subscriber D is connected to extension E via network NW which is controlled by attendant board ATT. Extension C functions as an answering unit other than the attendant board. And in case the retained calls of more than a fixed number exist, these calls are displayed on display unit WAIT provided at an easy- to-see place from extension C. In this instant, extension C gives a dialing to the specified number to give an answer to the retained call. |
