<p>The constructional system is used for building up a window frame. Profile battens, approx. 10x20mm., of wood, metal, plastics or composite materials are used, according to preference and needs, for making up all the frame pieces for a window. Suitable foils are drawn over these. Use is made of corner connectors with metal, plastics or other clamping provision, and there are friction cups which serve as spacers. The frames, esp. for insulated multi-glazed windows, can be made up at home, by amateurs and do-it-yourself enthusiasts.</p> |
