PURPOSE:To provide an agitating device by which a material to be agitated such as the fishery product is not damaged, easy to clean and handle and capable of maintaining a good sanitary state. CONSTITUTION:A material to be agitated such as the fishery product is placed in the agitating device and agitated. A rodless air cylinder 2 provided with a speed-control air valve 7 is arranged at the center of the upper part of an agitated vessel, a plate impeller 3 is freely detachably hung from the rectilinearly reciprocating slider 4 of the cylinder 2, and the impleller 3 is inclined to the moving direction of the slider 4 at an angle of 15-20, and the edge of the impeller 3 is rounded. |
