<p>PURPOSE:To treat effectively a waste liquid generated by the preliminary desulphurization and denitration of a waste gas generated by the combustion of heavy oil and utilize for the economization of resources by using the waste liquid as a source for the enrichment of nutritive nitrogen for the activated sludge. CONSTITUTION:When the waste gas of heavy oil combustion from a boiler or an industrial furnace in subjected to wet type denitration by using an oxidizing agent such as ClO2, O3 or NaClO2, etc., SO2 and heavy metals in the waste gas are preliminarily removed by a wet type desulfurizing method and, thereafter, denitration is carried out. The denitrated waste liquid generated is used as N of nutritive components required in an activated sludge treating plant.</p> |
