PURPOSE: To reliably deliver a tool holder to a hand of a gripping arm from a magazine without causing a positional error even when a tool replacing speed is fast by arranging a means to relatively nonrotatably fix the tool holder in a transfer means. CONSTITUTION: In a transfer device 20, since the spherical end part 51 of a lever 49 abuts to a stopper 52 in an entering end position, the spherical head part 48 pulls up a first locking part 40 to an upper end position by engaging with a hole 47, so that the tongue piece-shaped tail end 54 is raised in the vertical direction from an annular flange 17 of a tool holder 15 when the loose end of a bolt 43 completely compresses a spring 45. Since a second locking part 60 is also a double arm lever in the front part of the tool holder 15, the lower end 70 exists in an upper end position to press a pison 73 to a spring 74. A third locking part 80 is also displaced rightward. Next, when the transfer device 20 turns to an advancing position, the locking part 40 slides downward by the spring 45, and the locking part 60 similarly receives pressure of the spring 74, so that the part 60 is pushed in the upper front recessed part of the flange 17. Therefore, the holder 15 is fixed in a rotary position. |
