PURPOSE:To make the connecting operation of optical fibers easy and protect the connecting part by curving the respective optical fibers along the recess provided to a terminal case and connecting them by way of a splicing part in the recess. CONSTITUTION:The terminal ends of the optical fiber cables 1, 2 inserted into into a terminal case body 1 are readily bent without any undue stress along the recess 8 provided to the body 1 and are readily and surely connected by way of a splicing part 10 in the recess 8 in the state that there is a sufficient allowance in the line length. If a case over 14 is mounted to the body 1, the optical fiber connection part is mechanically protected readily without using any optical connector or the like. |
