PURPOSE:To obtain a satisfactory delay angle characteristic with a simple constitution in a device where an ignition timing is retarded when the revolution of an engine is changed to a revolution of low speed, by providing a delay circuit in which a capacitor of small capacitance is used. CONSTITUTION:To the base of a detecting transistor Tr1 the collector of a transistor Tr8 is connected through a resistor R7, and the emitter of the Tr8 is connected to the earth further its base is connected to a capacitor C10 through a resistor R11. The other end of the C10 is connected to the collector of a transistor Tr9 in phase to the Tr1, and a diode D12 is connected to across the connection point of R11 and C10 and the earth. If the Tr1 is turned off, the Tr9 in phase to the Tr1 is also turned off and the Tr8 is turned on through C10 and R11. Then a flow of base bias current in the Tr1 is divided through R7, and a bias level of the Tr1 is switched from V1 to V3 to be a switched signal level A and obtain a delay angle characteristic theta2 which is an intersecting point with a signal waveform B. |
