PURPOSE:To prevent the influence of wind on ink drips and the mixing of dust or the like in the collected ink by a method wherein an ink-jet head, a loading electrode and a deflecting electrode are housed in an outer case provided with an ink- drip pass window, a gutter part and an ink discharge port and united in one body. CONSTITUTION:A jet head block 25 uniting multinozzles in a block and a loading- deflecting block 28 uniting a loading electrode 29 and a deflecting electrode 30 in a block are housed in a outer case 21 provided with an ink-drip pass window 22, a gutter part and a recovered ink discharge port 23. In this device, since the outer case 21 can be brought near to the place just before the printing surface of recording paper 31 and thus the influence of the wind caused by the rotation of a drum can be prevented, the printing accuracy can be raised. In addition, since the ink drips not used for printing can be recovered inside the outer case 21, the mixing- in of dust, etc. is reduced and thus the life of a filter can be prolonged. |
