PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a captioned molded article by a method wherein a thermoplastic resin foamed body is set along an inner surface of a cavity of a blow-forming mold, a parison is extruded in a form of a fused cylinder of thermoplastic resin, high pressure air is blown into it and the parison is expanded and welded with the foamed body. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin foamed body 2 is set along an inner surface of a cavity 1A of a blow-forming mold. Then, a fused cylindrical parison 4 of thermoplastic resin is extruded, high pressure air is blown into the parison 4, the parison 4 is expanded to a shape along the inner surface of the mold cavity 1A and is welded with the thermoplastic resin foamed body 2 by a calory contained in the parison 4. Thus, a captioned hollow molded articles can be obtained efficiently and economically. |
