PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-open carton having a display panel, which is provided in order to increase a surface area for description on the carton and from which a portion with necessary information to be kept can be cut away easily in the form of a card. SOLUTION: The carton is obtained by folding a blank comprising a rear panel, a side panel, a front panel, a side panel, and a display panel, which are bendably connected to each other via creases. A top lower panel and a bottom lower panel are bendably connected to an upper edge and a lower edge, respectively, of the rear panel via creases. A top panel and a bottom panel are connected to an upper edge and a lower edge, respectively, of the front panel. Flaps are bendably connected to upper edges and lower edges of the side panels via creases. A cut-away portion, which can be cut away by a cut-away means, is provided in an area where the rear panel overlaps the display panel. In the area where the rear panel overlaps the display panel, except the cut-away portion, the display panel is partially stuck to the rear panel.
