The lift platform (6) with a roller track (7) is arranged at the lower end of the charging (3) and/or discharging (4) shaft of a high-temp. paint drying tunnel (1). The tunnel may be used for car bodies (2). The drive motor (11) for the roller track (7) is arranged in the lower area of the shaft, (3, 4) and is coupled to the drive shaft for the rollers via an intermediate shaft (10) which automatically accommodates the heights difference during the vertical movement of the platform. The shaft (10) may be coupled to the roller drive shaft via bevel gears. It may carry the motor (11) and be suspended on a swivel arm.
