PURPOSE:To absorb the pulsation of molding material and prevent the developing of defects at extruding molding by a construction wherein a small-sized material storage section of a screw shaft diameter is provided at a part of the screw body. CONSTITUTION:On conveying the molding material fed into a hopper from a solid conveying member 3 to a material storage section 5, a screw axis is of a small diameter 12, which causes to make a large clearance with the barrel 6 to reduce the conveying speed of the molding material, permitting to absorb the pulsation. Besides, since the blades 1a and 1b of the material storage section 5 incline alternatively with the different angle each other, the mold material develops A, B flow respectively to give a uniform mixing. |
