PURPOSE:To improve thermal efficiency and to prevent damage of exhausting fans by a method wherein powders to be heated in a predetermined proportion are introduced into the conduit of the top dust collector arranged in each heated gas passage, and the temperature of the heated gas from each exhauster is controlled. CONSTITUTION:Feed powders within a silo 1 are supplied through a transporter 2 to a quantitatively supplying device 3. Then the powders are transferred through transporters 4, 5 to a transporter 6. During the transportation, part of feed powders is transferred to a quantitatively supplying device 7, and then supplied from a position 12 to A system. The remaining powders passed through the supplying device 7 are supplied from a position 13 to B system. The total amount of the feed material supplied from the supplying device 3 and the heated gas temperature of each of outlet gas temperature-measuring positions 10, 11 of the top dust collectors in the A and B systems, are input into a computer 28 for control to control and operate arithmetically. An output obtained is supplied to the supplying devices 3, 7, and the ratio for supplying the feed material is determined, thereby temperature difference between the exhausting fans of A and B systems becomes extinct and the temperature is also controlled by the control of total supply amount. |
