<p>A multiple ink jet system is provided wherein the number of electronic drivers and transducer chambers are substantially less than the number of ink jets. Each ink jet has two ink inlet passages. Each inlet passage is communicated to a respective transducer and each transducer is connected to a respective electronic driver. An ink droplet is expressed from the jet only when both of the inlet passages have a pressure pulse applied thereto simultaneously.</p> |
