PURPOSE:Laver is mixed with seaweeds of ''wakame'', ''kombu'' and ''hijiki'' and (brown algn) they are boiled with seasonings, thus making nutritious and tasty food containing large amounts of proteins, vitamins and minerals. CONSTITUTION:Raw seaweeds are collected, washed and minced into pieces with mincers and softened by dipping in water. The resulting seaweeds of ''kombu'', ''wakame'' and ''hijiki'' are mixed with laver and they are throughly stirred, then boiled with seasonings. |
