PURPOSE:To control winding by using a conventional variable speed driving gear, by providing a speed regulator with torque necessary for a motor, which is computed at the computer side, and set speed decided by the dynatron characteristic of the speed regulator. CONSTITUTION:A speed regulator 20 is furnished with dynatron characteristics, and the torque of a motor 2 for keeping tension in a set point is operated from the set point of a tension Setter 11, winding speed V and the number of revolution nM of a winder by means of a computer 21. Winder speed instructions nS for generating torque calculated in response to the trailing characteristics of the speed regulator 20 are given to the speed regulator 20. A computing element 7 detects counter electromotive force, and which is supplied to an exciting current regulator 16. Thus, a conventional variable speed driving gear can be employed for controlling winding because torque needed for the motor is computed at the computer side and the regulator 20 is equipped with set speed decided by the result of computation and the dynatron characteristics of the speed regulator. |
