<p>PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a rotation power by the power, by means of utilizing the lower directional force of gravity and the upper directional force of buoyancy as non-supplying force sources. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor 9 is so arranged as that the half of a vessel 8 may exist in a fluid 10 which was filled in the vessel 8, a part 4 of the rotor 9 becomes lighter than a part 3 by the buoyancy of the fluid 10, resulting in the static balancing of the rotor, being rotated to 5 direction, and follows to be rotated as same as before. For the stopping the rotation of this rotor 9, it is effected by means of balancing the gravity and the buoyancy to the rotor 9 by allowing a variable long bar 7 of a starter and controller 6, 7 to be elongated, and by making the surface of the vessel 8 arranged the rotor 9 to the horizontal direction. And the rotor 9 can be stopped by allowing the fluid in the vessel 8 to be discharged.</p> |
