<p>PURPOSE:To cut down trimming time through the process consisting of obtaining the signal whose phase differs by 90 deg. from that of original oscillation by operating the hydrid IC connected with a phase synchronizing loop, sampling the peaks of the amplitude of said original oscillation by using said signal, and making trimming while supervising said smapling. CONSTITUTION:A sampling circuit 10 and a phase synchronizing loop 13 with a comparator 12 are connected to a hydrid IC element 1 to be trimmed. The output of said loop 13 is fed to a circuit 10. Rectangular wave 14 is made from the output of said element 1 by using said comparator 12, and pulses 15 whose phase differes from that of original oscillation 4 by 90 deg. by feeding said rectangular wave 14 to said loop 13. Next, the output 16 of which the peaks of the amplitude are rectified by sampling said original oscillation 4 is fed to said circuit 10 by means of said pulses 15, trimming is made together with the supervision of this output making until prescribed characteristic is obtained. Thus, trimming that has required several- several tens of minutes can be cut down to several tens of seconds-several minutes.</p> |
