PURPOSE:To eliminate the demerite of whiting occurred at low oriented part by fixing the heat for the blow molded hollow body under the condition of partially different temperature, by coating the ferromagnete on the inside surface of metal mold and setting the induction coil around the outside. CONSTITUTION:The heated parison P is set in the metal mold 1 and the nozzle 3 for blowing is inserted into the mouth of parsion P. Then, after the strech lod 4 was lower down, a pressurized fluid is blowed into the parison P and the hollow body B is molded. Further, the body 2 is fixed thermally with the heat generated in the ferromagnete by charging a high frequency current to the induction coil, along with pressurizing the body B. After the cooling, the desirable hollow body B having a excellent transparency is obtained. EFFECT:The thermal shrinking, the whiting, etc. are not occurred even if a highly heated material is filled in the body. |
