PURPOSE:To scheme to improve anti-liquid-leak by forming rust-preventing membrane which is mainly composed of the mixture of benzotriazol and specific organic phosphorous compound on the surface of copper or copper alloy of the cathode collector which contacts with gasket. CONSTITUTION:The anode mixture 1 mainly composed of silver oxide is stored in an anode can 8, and a separator 2 is loaded on the mixture 1, and the cathode agent 7 mainly composed of amalgamated zinc filled in a cathode terminal plate 9. The anode can 8 and the cathode terminal plate 9 are sealed through an annular gasket 10, and a button-type cell is formed. This cathode terminal plate 9 is formed, arranging the turned-back part 14 on the periphery, by using a clad plate made of copper plate 11 which has copper layer 13 on the inner surface and the nickel layer 12 on the outer surface, and rust-preventing membrane 16 is formed on the contact surface 15 with the gasket 10. this rust-preventing membrane 16 is formed of the mixture of benzotriazol or its derivatives and organic phosphorous compound shown by general formula P-(OR)3 (R is phenyl base or alkyl base). |
