<p>The control valve for the anti lock brakes has a gear driven sensor with bob weights which operate directly on a control valve to modulate the brake pressure to the wheel sylinders. The drive between the wheel driven gear and the bob weights is by a small elastic belt. The valve is simple and compact. It fits directly on the wheel mounting and provides a responsive anti lock control, with the threshold retardation set by the bob weights.</p> |
