<p>The system is for adjusting and indicating state of shovel readiness, on a shovel-loader with hydraulic piston-and cylinder assembly for shovel tilting. The cylinder (4) is fitted with a lengthway movable, tilt-adjustable magnetic switch (9, 10) while the piston (5) has another (14) extending over cylinder length. The control slide (16), moved by a lever and regulating the cylinder has an abutment between the electric stop switches (27, 28) belonging to these, so that excessive magnet (14) travel closes the stop switch concerned. The slide is held in a position until pressure on one or the other side of the piston swings the shovel (3) in to the required angle setting for digging. This permits automatic angle setting, even where no interferences indicating tilting inward or outward can be drawn.</p> |
