<p>DRUM BEATER Drum beater mechanism which comprises a pivotally mounted foot pedal removably attached to a drum, a rotatable cam shaft, bearings for said cam shaft, a rocker cam carried by said shaft, a beater stem having a ball thereon adjustably carried by said rocker cam, a flexible connection between said treadle and said rocker cam for moving said ball against said drum, and a pair of opposed, adjustable, tension springs for resisting movement of said ball, said springs being carried by an arm mounted on one of said bearings.</p> |
