PURPOSE:To reduce by half the process of winding work and its accompanying bending and taping work of pick off conductor by simultaneously winding two sets of single-layer winding coils with concentric position by the use of straight angle conductor. CONSTITUTION:Conductors constituting two sets of single-layer coils are composed of single or plural straight-angle conductors 10, 11 with bare or insulation coating, which are wound with tape-shaped layer insulation paper 12, 13 by matchig them lengthwise or by laying one on another. The two sets of conductors are wound in spiral manner with each turn forming a rectangle when piled in right angles with coil axis direction, thus constituting two sets of single-layer coils 21, 22 with concentric position which are fixed by adhesive tape 14 to closely adhere wach turn in axial direction. |
