PURPOSE:To prevent baking, by providing lateral grooves in the circumferential direction and special cut-grooves on a piston of a mixing device consisting of a cylinder and a piston for mixing two or more resin ingredients. CONSTITUTION:Inlets 11 and 12 and outlets 13 and 14 respectively for A ingredient resin and B ingredient resin are provided inside mixing chamber 10. The chamber is also provided with discharge port 15, which discharges the mixture of two resins to a mold. Piston 20, which is provided with return grooves 21 and 22, makes reciprocating motion between the position (shown by a broken line) at which inlets 11 and 12 are closed by the piston, and the position (shown by a solid line) at which inlets 11 and 12 and outlets 13 and 14 are connected by means of return grooves 21 and 22. Piston 20 is provided with lateral grooves 30 in the circumferential direction, and many cut-grooves 31 are provided on return grooves 21 and 22 in such a manner that they are adjacent to each other vertically or horizontally. |
