<p>PURPOSE:To securely transmit a driving force from a driving source to a travel surface through a wheel for traveling by driving and rotating the traveling wheel which is arranged below a detector and applied with a relatively large load. CONSTITUTION:When an operator sends a travel start indication by operating an operator console or hand switch 17, a driving mechanism part 15 drives and rotates the traveling wheel 9 with the drive control signal from a controller 24 to start traveling. Here, the traveling wheel is loaded more than other traveling wheels 7 and 8. Namely, when the traveling wheel 9 arranged below detectors 1 and 1 is driven, a large driving force is obtained. Further, the traveling wheel 9 which is closed to the position of the center of gravity is driven, so a moment force generated around the center of gravity is made small and the device is moved and stopped smoothly.</p> |
