<p>The present invention relates to new derivatives of 4-phenyl-2-thiazolyl oxamates having the formula: <IMAGE> in which: X represents hydrogen, halogen, lower-alkyl, or lower-alkoxy. R is lower-alkyl or phenyllower-alkyl, e.g., benzyl. These compounds, which have inhibiting properties on the passive cutaneous anaphylactic reaction, are useful in the treatment of asthma.
