PURPOSE:To make it possible to shorten a time required for installation work, and enhance a finished state and adjust more easily the communication between building side-carpenters and an air conditioner-side vendor who mounts an air conditioner by fixing a temporary fixing board with an opening frame which constitutes a ceiling opening unit of an air conditioner integrally with a building. CONSTITUTION:An opening frame 10 is preliminarily handed over to carpenters who are responsible to assembling of a building-side ceiling where they are required to mount the opening frame 10 in such a position that ceiling joints and ceiling panels may be equally divided on the same line when assembling a ceiling frame 6c and the ceiling. Since an air conditioner main body 1a is inserted into the opening frame 10, usually, the opening frame 10 is so shaped that it may envelop an opening board 10a which is vertically wider so as to allow the insertion of the air conditioner. A temporary fixing board 22 is fixed with both sides of the opening board 10a so as to keep its shape. This construction makes it possible to mount the ceiling opening properly without losing the shape even when no air conditioner main body is installed thereto. |
