The lock has a lock housing with bolt sliding in a straight line and coupled to a lock plate. A driving notch in the latter works with an auxiliary lug describing a different path to that of the lug actuated by the key. The auxiliary lug (5) has a driven portion in the form of a notch (6), working in conjunction with the lug (8) on a cylinder passing right through (7), and a driving portion (23), and works in one or more grooves in the inside wall of the lock housing. The grooves can be curved, and in each inside wall, in which pins (9) on the lug engage.
