The double-glazing attachment comprises a frame with a glass pane fixed to a window to give heat and sound insulation. The top and bottom cross-members (3) of the frame have one or more openings (12) in them, calibrated to give controlled air circulation between the two panes, thus avoiding any condensation on either. The bottom cross-member at least can be a profiled section with two or more parallel grooves open towards the inside, one accommodating the pane, while the other contains the calibrated opening. A fine -link oblong metal grille (16) fits in the latter, and the air flows through it to reach the inside.
