Disclosed is an instrument panel assembly with a structure wherein an airbag door is coupled to be able to rotate. The instrument panel assembly with the structure wherein the airbag door is coupled to be able to rotate of the present invention includes: an instrument panel having a door insertion hole wherein a protrusion unit protrudes from one side of a circumference toward the other side of the circumference and multiple through-holes are formed on the other side of the circumference the door insertion hole; and the airbag door inserted into the door insertion hole and having a holding unit covering upper and lower parts of the protrusion unit on one edge and multiple insertion units inserted into the through-holes on one edge and an opposite edge. The airbag door is rotated around the protrusion unit after the holding unit covers the protrusion unit, thus the insertion units are inserted into the through-holes. According to the present invention, provided is the instrument panel assembly with the structure wherein the airbag door is coupled to be able to rotate capable of maintaining the stability of the coupling structure of the instrument panel and the airbag door even in case of vehicle accidents by providing a strong coupling force even though a work for coupling the instrument panel and the airbag door is manually performed by a worker.
