PURPOSE:To accomplish a phase control of power converters at a phase control angle according to the control input signal based on the position of the output of magnetic flux computed from the electromotive force of the motor. CONSTITUTION:Power is fed to an armature winding from a DC power supply 24 through controllable electric valves 20U to 20Z. Signals of current detectors 14 and 16 and signals of terminal voltage detectors 26 and 28 are inputted to an electromotive force arithmetic unit 30 to calculate the electromotive force. A distribution power signal is integrated with a magnetic flux arithmetic unit 32 to determine the flux, and then, inputted to a comparison amplifiers 56a to 56c through a vector rotation device 34. The electromotive force signal and the signal of the vector rotation device is fed to DC electromotive force arithmetic unit 36 and the output of the magnetic flux arithmetic unit 32 to comparison amplifiers 38a to 38c. Then, the signals are sent to an amplitude restriction circuit 44 through exclusive or circuits 40a to 40c. A phase control signal is formed from the amplitude restriction circuit and a control input is given to a controllable electric valve from a control input changer 58 and a logical operation circuit 60. |
