The process for producing energy comprises the heating of water to produce steam which drives a turbine, electrolysis of the outlet steam, using electricity generated by a dynamo coupled to a turbine, using the hydrogen and oxygen produced by electrolysis to drive a combustion engine, and returning the exhaust for renewed heating to re-start the cycle.
