PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution, improve linearity and enable to extend the area that can keep the linearity by controlling the output current of constant current regulated power by means of control voltage. CONSTITUTION:Transisters Tr 2 and 3 constitute differential constant current regurated power and the voltage of frequency control terminal 1 controls collector current, so that constant current is provided. When Tr4 is OFF, a saw tooth oscillator decided by the current which flows into condenser C5 through Tr 3 and the value of a capacity is generated. When the level of saw tooth oscillator corresponding to the flowing current becomes a stated value, the saw tooth oscillar is cripped by slicer 6 and phase inverted by pulse amplifier 7, so that feedback loop that makes Tr4 ON and C5 discharged is made in the oscillator. Namely, oscillation frequency is changed by changing the voltage of terminal 1 and controlling the flowing current of Tr3, so that a stable oscillator with good linearity is available. |
