PURPOSE:To establish stable output in wide frequency band with a simple circuit constitution, by connecting the circuit equivalent to the wave shape circuit in parallel with the load resistor to which no wave shape circuit of the final stage differential amplifier is connected, and by connecting the circuit compensating the input impedance to the input side of the first stage differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:In the broad band DC amplifier in which a plurality of differential amplifiers Ts1, Ts2 and Ts3 are in cascade connection and the frequency response wave shape circuit C1 and R16 are connected in parallel with the load circuit resistor R6 of the final stage differential amplifier Ts3, the load resistor R5 at which the wave shape circuit C1 and R16 are not connected is connected in parallel with the equivalent circuit C2 and R17 as the wave shape circuit C1, and R16. Further, the input impedance correction circuit R18, C3, and R19, C4 series circuit compensating the input impedance at high frequency band are connected between the input electrode and ground connecting the input terminal of the first stage differential amplifier Ts1. Then, stable DC output over broad frequency band is outputted to the output terminal Q. |
