PURPOSE:To obtain an oscillation output of a good frequency stability with using this oscillator on micro frequency bands by connecting one end of a 1/4-wave length line coupled with a resonator magnetically to the base of a transistor and grounding other end in high frequency. CONSTITUTION:Resonator 2 is obtained by forming a comparatively high-permittivity dielectric into a prescribed shape, and transistor Tr1 which has the collector or the drain grounded is arranged near this resonator 2. Then, one end of 1/4-wave length line 6 coupled with resonator 2 magnetically is connected to the base or the gate of Tr1, and the other end is grounded at 1 in high frequency. Meanwhile, output line 8 is arranged near resonator 2 to take out the oscillated frequency. As a result, this oscillator is used on micro wave frequency bands to make it possible to obtain the oscillation output of a good frequency stability. |
