PURPOSE:To arrange the electric characteristics of each device manufactured while reducing inverse recovery time, by performing the radiation of electron rays and the thermal treatment with a given condition, after assembling a semiconductor element forming PN junction or it filled with heavy metal further and performing glass sealing.
