PURPOSE:To accomplish loading without damaging a bar steel by retaining a rack lever right above the lowermost pedal lever and the upper rack lever in an erect posture until a bar steel is loaded on the lowermost pedal lever to prevent the bar steel to be loaded from contacting rack levers disposed in the periphery thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a bar steel A1 is inserted in a space (m) between frame posts ( I ) and the contact side 91 of a pedal lever 9 is pressed down against the elastic force of a coiled spring 17, the pedal lever 9 is turned clockwise and the contact side 91 is lowered below a receive portion 8 of a frame II, so that the bar steel A1 is supported on the receive portion 8. With the movement of the pedal lever 9, a frame lever 10 positioned right above the pedal lever 9 in an erect posture is turned round a shaft 13 and stopped with angular gradient. Subsequently, when another bar steel A2 to be loaded is placed on the angular rack lever 10, the rack lever is levelled and brought into contact with a stopper 191 of the frame post I to be stationary and support the bar steel A2. At this time, an erected rack lever 11 is turned round a shaft 18 through a connecting rod 162 to be angular, and when the next bar steel A3 is inserted and brought into contact with the lever, the rack lever 11 is levelled to receive the bar steel A3. |
