PURPOSE:To decrease the temp. change rate in the dielectric constant of the title composition and to improve its resistivity and withstand voltage by specifying the contents of SrTiO3, CaTiO3, PbTiO3, Bi2O3, TiO2, CuO, MnO2, etc. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric ceramic composition contains, by weight, 22.7-47% SrTiO3, 12.3-22% CaTiO3, 26.8-42% PbTiO3, 4.2-25.8% Bi2O3, 2-10.2% TiO2, 0.05-0.5% CuO, 0.05-0.4% MnO2, 0.4-2.2% SnO2, and 0.02-0.4% of rare-earth element oxides. The atomic molar ratio of (Sr, Ca, Pb, Bi)/(Ti, Sn) is controlled to 0.96-0.99. The ceramic composition has 1200-2000 dielectric constant, <=2.5% dielectric loss tangent in an AC electric field of 1MHz, <=+ or -5% temp. change rate in the dielectric constant, >=10<11>OMEGA.cm resistivity, and >=12kV/mm DC withstand voltage. |
