PURPOSE: Complete automatic vent maintains interior ventilation and temperature of vinyl house of vegetables, fruit etc. by using shape-memory alloy with unmanned, unpower and temperature control function, prevents damage of the farmer, controls temperature by user for oneself without inconvenience through all seasons, increases production by accurate temperature control. CONSTITUTION: Complete automatic vent comprises ventilating hole of cylinder; the upper end of cylinder is exposured for the outer about 7mm to prevent permeation of rain or snow into house; vent(5) in front of cylinder has 0.3mm tolerance to move, has a rise of 0.6mm to fix in opening the window and to prevent air; string hole(7) to draw window frame; locking link(6) to prevent opening of window in blowing hard; lever shape-memory alloy to move spring and lever; auxiliary BOX function to move shape-memory alloy spring BOX for constant distance in the front and the rear; temperature control handle(11) to move spring BOX(16); BOX to fix general spring(13) and shape-memory spring(12). |
