PURPOSE:To use waste meat of quail and to process the meat into materials for grilled meat, fried meat, etc., without causing shrink, peel and deformation of meat and skin by packing the meat into a steam treating pot and steaming the meat by introducing dried steam. CONSTITUTION:Meat is fed to a steam treating pot, treated with steam by introducing dried steam under preferably 0.2-0.5kg/cm<2> low pressure at 100-130 deg.c for 30 minutes-1 hour and processed. |
