Bottom ring for concrete-pipe casting machine for moulding the muff end of concrete pipes

This bottom ring is also suitable as a foot for the freshly cast pipe on removal from the mould and in any case at the beginning of the setting of the concrete. It contains an annular body (4, 5) with a laterally projecting flange lying below for moulding the end face of the muff. The upper side of the annular body is shaped for moulding the end face of the pipe body and the inside of the muff. The annular body itself is hollow and the cavity has an approximately rectangular cross-section.
