PURPOSE:To improve the taste of foods at the time of cooking by heating by coating the surface of a container with spicy granular materials or miniaturized capsules consisting of spicy heat-fusible substance using heat-fusible adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of an outer skin 2 of a bag 1 containing food to be heated in coated with a mixture of an edible heat-fusible adhesive agent 5 such as varnish and spicy granular materials 3 or miniaturized capsules 4 consisting of heat-fusible substance such as spicy gelatin. When the bag 1 is heated by a heating apparatus such as electronic oven, the adhesive agent 5 alone or both the adhesive agent 5 and the capsules 4 are melted, giving off spicy odor upon unpacking and thus tempting the appetite for the food. |
