PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a user goes out and notify the user of a left item.SOLUTION: An information presentation device 1 receives a radio signal transmitted by a radio signal transmitter 27 and presents information identified on the basis of the received radio signal. The information presentation device is provided with: a belonging identification unit 13 that identifies belongings of a user on the basis of the radio signal transmitted by the radio signal transmitter 27 present within a preset area; and a notification control unit 19 that determines whether the user goes out on the basis of statistical information including dates of past going-out of the user when the belongings of the user are identified within the range, and outputs information indicating the identified belongings of the user to a portable terminal device 3 when determining that the user goes out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
