<p>The beach craft is made from a single moulding having a flat bottom and sides with reinforcement along the sides. The vessel is made from perishable material. The hull is covered by a protective layer which prevents the hull material from rotting. The floor of the craft is made up of reinforcing bars (1, 2) which stiffen the floor and are also covered with the same protective material. The reinforcing bars may be stripped off to allow the craft to disintegrate.</p> |
